she has an unparalleled level of experience in the field of immigration
law, as she has advocated on behalf of her clients both locally and internationally.
She has worked on a number of international platforms, lending her proficiency
to countless clients, colleagues, and communities across the world.
A graduate of University of Houston Law Center, with a concentration in
Immigration Law, Mathilda prepared 2 academic research papers in immigration
law as part of independent study courses. She also attended the French
University of Assas in Beirut, Lebanon.
Prior to her work at our firm, Mathilda worked at Berry Appleman &
Leiden, LLP as a Consular Services Advisor for Global Migration, where
she coordinated with US State Department, FBI, Secretary of State, consular
posts and with various foreign immigration agencies. She also strategized
and prepared immigration applications and visas for business personnel
relocating from the US to countries abroad. She was also a United Nations
High Commissioner for Refugee Assistance at one point, in addition to
her work in the Appellate Courts of Paris and Beirut, respectively.
