Diana Castro

Diana supports attorneys in the Firm’s business immigration practice. She performs legal research and assists with outbound/global immigration matters for Non-Immigrant Visas and Immigrant Visas. She assists attorneys with legal document review and draft change of status/ extension of status USCIS applications for petitioners requesting employment visa categories and works with foreign nationals’ investors to collect information and gather supporting documents to file, accordingly.
