Miriam Lizett Quiñonez Pérez, Mexico Licensed Attorney and International Consultant.
Ms. Quinonez is a Mexican lawyer, a graduate of the Anahuac University in Mexico City, and has over 18 years of experience working inside several agencies of the Mexican federal government in immigration, education, human rights, vulnerable groups, and legislative issues. She has collaborated with various agencies of the federal government, a legal advisor to international organizations and non-profit organizations. Currently, Ms. Quinonez is an international consultant, speaker, and trainer and resides in Mexico City, Mexico.
Ms. Quinonez serves as a Mexican legal consultant for the Firm in in Mexico dealing with issues such as Mexican immigration, business, labor, and litigation matters. She is also the Firm’s designated representative for the Firm in Mexico under a consultancy and marketing agreement acting as a liaison (coordination/management) for business development between the Firm and Mexican-based companies and individuals.
Ms. Quinonez has experience with US immigration laws and requirements, such as E2, EB5, L1, and TN visas. She is also well versed with issues surrounding waivers for inadmissibility and family petitions. Ms. Quinonez has collaborated with the Firm since 2013.
