As the Founder and Principal Shareholder of Toppins Law Firm, PC, Wilka leads a Houston-based boutique firm that specializes in empowering foreign companies and high-net-worth individuals to succeed in the U.S. market. She is also the CEO and Founder of Toppins Consulting Group, a global business and immigration consultancy with offices in Mexico City and Ho Chi Minh City, bridging international borders for businesses and investors.
Previously, Wilka held a pivotal role as Partner at Womble Bond Dickinson, where she established and led the firm’s Immigration Practice Division, further solidifying her reputation as a trusted leader in U.S. immigration law.
A distinguished graduate of Tulane University Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor cum laude, Wilka also holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts.
